Communication channels
02 / CommunicationEmail forwarding
Forward any email to your personal Klonr address and your assistant handles it. It reads the email, pulls out every action that needs to happen, and gets to work — no login to your inbox required. Klonr never connects to your email account and never sees emails you don't explicitly forward, so your inbox stays private. Cap on authorised forwarders: 2 on Free, 10 on Solo, 25 on Family, unlimited on Power. See the step-by-step Gmail setup guide →
Forward a school newsletter — your assistant creates the calendar events, drafts the RSVP, and tracks the bake sale deadline. A reminder surfaces a few days before, so nothing slips through.
Email drafting & sending
Your assistant drafts email replies and new emails on your behalf — to teachers, coaches, vendors, or anyone else. Every outbound email requires your one-tap approval before it goes out, so you stay in control without touching a keyboard.
Forward a permission slip and reply “yes, we'll be there” — your assistant drafts the confirmation and waits for you to approve it before sending.
SMS
Text your assistant via SMS exactly like you'd text a friend. No app, no interface, no learning curve. Send a voice memo, a photo, or a brain dump — it figures out what to do.
“running late, push soccer pickup to 4:30 and email coach” — done in seconds.
Text your assistant on WhatsApp on any plan — brain dumps, questions, forwarded screenshots, photos. Proactive messages (briefings, reminders, watch & report alerts) are delivered via SMS; WhatsApp is the channel for your side of the conversation.
Send a photo of a flyer and ask your assistant to pull out the dates and add them to your calendar.
iMessage
Text your assistant directly from the iPhone Messages app — no new app, no extra account. Same capabilities as SMS: brain dumps, task delegation, reminders, and follow-ups.
Scheduling & calendar
03 / CalendarBasic scheduling
Set reminders and calendar events by describing them in plain English. No form to fill out — just say what you need and when.
“Remind me to pick up Ella's prescription on Thursday at 4pm.”
Google Calendar sync
Your assistant reads your Google Calendar to avoid double-booking and writes new events directly into it when it processes emails or messages. It sees your schedule so it can reason about it.
Forward a dentist confirmation email — the appointment lands in your calendar automatically, no copy-paste.
Multiple calendar accounts
Connect more than one Google Calendar — personal, work, a shared family calendar — so your assistant sees your complete picture and never schedules across conflicts you didn't know existed.
Your work calendar blocks 9–11 am meetings; your assistant knows not to book a call there even from your personal email.
Outlook Calendar
Connect your Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 calendar instead of Google, and your assistant reads and writes it the same way. On the Power plan you can connect both at once (one Google, one Outlook) and it treats them as a single schedule.
Your assistant checks both calendars before saying you're free Thursday, whether the conflict lives in Outlook or Google.
Daily briefings
04 / BriefingsLimited daily briefing
A short morning message summarising your schedule and top reminders for the day. One text to orient yourself before the day starts.
Proactive daily briefings
A full morning briefing delivered before your day starts. Your assistant composes it from your calendar, open reminders, pending decisions, and anything else it thinks you should know — tailored to your communication style and what it has learned about you.
“Morning. Ella's dentist at 11 — insurance card is in the kitchen drawer (you mentioned that last time). Soccer moved to the turf field, calendar updated. James confirmed Max's 5:30 pickup. Permission slip due tomorrow — want a reminder tonight?”
Meal planning & groceries
05 / Meal planningMeal planning
Your assistant generates a personalised weekly meal plan based on your household's taste profile — dietary preferences, dislikes, past feedback, and the number of people eating. One message is all it takes. The meal plan flows directly into your grocery list so you never have to manually translate recipes into a shopping run.
“Plan meals for this week, Ella doesn't eat bell peppers.” — A full week of dinners appears, and the ingredients land automatically in your grocery list.
Smart grocery list
Your grocery list isn't just a static list — it's a living one. Items from your meal plan are added automatically. Beyond that, your assistant learns your household staples and buying habits, proactively adding things before you run out. It helps you consolidate errands and reduce spend by checking grocery flyers and flyer websites for current deals, so you know where to buy what for the best price this week.
You usually buy milk every 10 days — it appears on your list before you think to add it. The chicken breast you need for Thursday is 30% off at Costco this week, so it flags that too.
Instacart shopping list
Push your grocery list directly to Instacart for delivery or curbside pickup. Your assistant syncs the items it has compiled — from your meal plan, your staples, and any one-off additions — so you never have to re-enter a list. Schedule the delivery window that works for you and it's done.
“Order groceries for this week's meal plan, deliver Saturday morning.” — Your Instacart cart is filled and a delivery window is booked.
Automation
06 / AutomationWatch & report
Ask your assistant to keep an eye on something and message you when it changes. Works for shipping trackers, websites, prices, availability, or anything publicly accessible. You set it once — your assistant handles the polling and alerts you the moment something happens.
“Check the forecast tonight and let me know if I should cancel golf tomorrow.” — You get a message that evening: “Rain expected 9–11 am tomorrow. Want me to send a cancellation email to the club?”
Expense tracking
Send a photo of a receipt and your assistant will log the expense and sync it to your preferred expense tracking tool. No manual entry, no lost receipts.
Snap a restaurant receipt and say “log this as a team lunch” — it shows up in your expense report automatically.
Memory & intelligence
07 / MemoryAI memory
Your assistant remembers what it learns about you, your household, and your preferences. It uses that context in every interaction — so you never have to repeat yourself. Names, allergies, preferences, recurring situations, past decisions.
“Order the usual Costco diapers” works because your assistant remembers which ones you ordered before and why.
Adaptive communication style
Your assistant reads context signals — your pace, your stress load, the nature of what's coming in — and adjusts how it communicates accordingly. When you're in execution mode it's concise and direct. When it senses you're stretched, it shifts to a more supportive, coaching tone. When you're on top of things, it behaves like an efficient chief of staff. You don't configure this — it just adapts.
During a hectic week it keeps messages tight: “Done. Anything else?” A quieter Friday it might add: “You've cleared a lot this week — anything you want to get ahead of for next week?”
Teach your assistant
Tell your assistant your preferences once and it remembers them permanently. Communication habits, formatting preferences, things you never want it to do — anything you say explicitly gets stored and applied from that point on without being asked again.
“Don't send emails after 9pm.” / “Always confirm before adding anything to the family calendar.” / “I prefer metric units.” — All stored, all applied going forward.
Message history
Free accounts get 7-day history. Paid accounts get unlimited history — your full conversation and every completed task, searchable in the dashboard.
Family & workspace
08 / Family2 connected accounts
Both partners get their own login and their own conversation thread. One shared assistant brain — it knows both of you, your household, and your kids. No more forwarding emails to each other.
Your partner texts the assistant about soccer pickup. You get an update in your briefing. Neither of you had to cc the other.
Smart family routing
Your assistant knows who owns what task or responsibility. When something comes in, it routes it to the right person — or flags it to both of you when it's shared.
A permission slip arrives by email. It knows Ella is your daughter and that school admin is yours to handle — so it pings you, not your partner.
Power features
09 / PowerUnlimited email senders
No cap on the number of email addresses that can forward to your assistant. Forward from your personal account, your work account, an alias — all handled as one unified inbox.
Priority execution
Your tasks are processed ahead of lower-tier users. During peak periods, Power users get faster turnaround on extractions, briefings, and watch & report checks.
Ce que Klonr ne fera pas — par conception.
Une liste courte, intentionnellement. La plupart des assistants ont des problèmes dans l'écart entre « ce qui était techniquement demandé » et « ce qu'une personne prudente aurait fait ». On tient une ligne.
Send anything consequential without confirmation.
Money moves, calendar invites to people outside your household, replies to your boss, anything that names a third party — all wait for a yes.
Pretend to be you.
Side threads always identify Klonr as your assistant. We don't impersonate, even when 'pretending to be you' would be more efficient.
Train on your messages.
Your conversations don't go into a training set. Ever. Models run on your data only to serve you in the moment.
Be hard to leave.
One reply ("export everything and delete") and you get a JSON archive plus a confirmation that nothing remains. No retention period, no exit interview.
Le premier message est une question.
Ce que vous répondez change tout.
