SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Klonr, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program description

Klonr operates an AI personal assistant service. When you opt in to SMS, you may receive:

  • Replies and confirmations from your Klonr assistant in response to messages you send.
  • Reminders and notifications related to actions you have asked Klonr to handle.
  • Periodic proactive updates and reminders based on your account activity (calendar reminders, follow-ups on items you have flagged, account notices). Proactive messages are limited and rate-controlled.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in to Klonr SMS in any of the following ways:

  • Add your mobile phone number during account creation or in your account settings at https://klonr.app, and check the SMS consent box.
  • Reply START or YES to a confirmation message we send when you add your number.
  • Text START to your dedicated Klonr number after a previous opt-out.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most users receive between 1 and 20 messages per week. Heavy users may receive more.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Klonr does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Klonr SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to that number. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by re-enabling SMS in your account settings.

7. Supported carriers

Klonr SMS works with major US and Canadian carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Klonr does not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to Klonr SMS. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.

10. Changes

Klonr may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or SMS prior to taking effect.
